Top Tier Martial Arts was founded in Guthrie, OK by

Professor Heath Harvey, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt 

and former law enforcement office in 2015.

Heath began grappling in 2008 when he began working as a peace officer in the state of Oklahoma.  He holds his Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Black Belt Professor Seth Norman of our affiliate school Oklahoma Martial Arts Academy in Edmond, Oklahoma, where he has trained since 2010.
