Top Tier Martial Arts was founded in Guthrie, OK by Heath Harvey IN 2015.

Heath started grappling in 2008 when he began working as a peace officer in the state of Oklahoma.  He holds his Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Black Belt Professor Seth Norman

David Washam is the head striking coach and manager for top tier. David started his law enforcement career in 2008 and retired from the logan county sheriff's office in 2021. he began training brazilian jiu jitsu in 2015 and joined top tier martial arts in 2018. david served many roles within the sheriff's office amoung them being the training coordinator, gracie combatives intructor, and srt operator.
